| Doctor David Pugh MB BS MRCGP has been at Elstree Aero-Medical Center private general practice for fifteen years and has specialised in Autism treatment, using Secretin and other methods, for four years. Prior to coming to Elstree, he worked in the NHS. | ||

Dr Pugh is registered with the GMC (number 1576221) and is also a medical examiner for aviation (JAA, FAA and ATC), hence the practice is based at Elstree Aerodrome in Hertfordshire (map and istructions available). |
